To achieve great things the simple way is to surround yourself with the best people. So, when considering selling we highly recommend you contact Steve and Charlotte. With their can-do attitude and years of successfully negotiating property transactions, combined with the history and sales success of Ray White, we believe we have created a dynamic team and one you will want on your side.

Born and raised in NZ, straight out of school Steve worked on the floor on the New Zealand Stock Exchange in both Wellington and Auckland. He then pursued a rewarding and successful 10 year career in London on his OE, in the highly competitive investment banking and trading world, before returning to NZ, with Charlotte after the arrival of their first son Josh, in 2001.

More recently Steve has become involved in Corporate Governance with six years on the Board of Directors of Synlait, one of New Zealand’s largest farming and milk processing enterprises including be heavily involved in the capital raise of $80m and listing of the company on the NZX. Steve also has been on the board of several viticulture syndicates in Marlborough and a dairy farming enterprise in Southland.

With over 20 years experience in residential and commercial property, farming and viticulture, becoming a real estate salesperson was a natural progression for Steve with his skill set helping owners and purchasers navigate through a very competitive marketplace, achieving the very best possible price with the least amount of stress for vendors and helping buyers secure their new home or investment property.

On a personal note, Steve and Charlotte have been involved in renovating/building properties in Arrowtown, including a 1990’s cottage on Nairn Street, an 1860’s cottage on Wiltshire Street, and a new build on Flynn Lane, located just off Manse Road.

Having lived in the Wakatipu Basin for over 10 years now, outside of work Steve and Charlotte enjoy quality family time with their three sons, Josh, Ethan and Ben, they particularly enjoy mountain biking, skiing, golf, and walking Billy their much loved Springer Spaniel.
