Ray White Celebrates 25 Years

By Ellie Stevenson

The Ray White Group held a combined annual recognition evening along with celebrating 25 years of operation in the New Zealand real estate industry. Close to 1,000 members joined together at Auckland’s Spark Arena to look back on the 25 years and to celebrate the success the Group has achieved.

The evening started with the recognition of 20 and 25 year members, who were individually presented with their tenure awards. Overall, the Group has 557 members with more than 10 years tenure. Also acknowledged on the evening was the eighth Life Member of the Group, being Simon Damerell of Ray White Ponsonby. Simon is also a previous Chief Executive Award recipient.

Brian White, Chairman of the Ray White Group, said “Our Ray White New Zealand business is outstanding in all respects and it is wonderful to be able to acknowledge those members who have provided significant service. Our early days in New Zealand were a challenge and while we continue to share ambition with our members, it has taken the determination of many people along the journey for us to be able to celebrate our success this evening. “

The annual recognition evening focuses on performance and highlights customer satisfaction and marketing excellence. During the past 12 months, Ray White New Zealand surveyed all of its clients and customers, and the top offices and top salespeople were recognised in the area of customer experience. Marketing is a very broad platform for real estate today, including online, social, print media and other broadly distributed platforms. Ray White acknowledges marketing excellence and this year awarded three offices and three individuals with awards for excellence in the delivery of marketing.
