As a dedicated Salesperson, Arron saw an opportunity in the Auckland real estate market in 2009. He quickly rose to the Top 1% of real estate agents for Ray White New Zealand and was consistently recognised as an Elite performer. During his 15 years real estate career he has sold over $425 million worth of properties. He is respected for his up-front friendly nature, excellent communication skills, high client service levels and professional negotiating ability.

In 2018 he moved to Queenstown with his wife Tara and young daughter, Amaria. As parents, they wanted to give their daughter the best opportunities.
