A powerful, tightly held offering with scale, productivity and room to grow.

Trophy Ridge Orchard is an exceptional Central Otago property that brings together a proven commercial cherry operation, premium land, lifestyle appeal and longer-term potential.

Set across approximately 42 hectares, the property has been established as a substantial cherry-growing operation, with mature plantings, proven varieties, secure water and established infrastructure already in place. At the same time, there is significant scope to expand the productive footprint and explore the property's wider potential.

The Opportunity
• Approximately 42 ha of premium orchard land
• Subdivided into 10 blocks of approximately 4.1 ha
• Approximately 25 ha planted in mature cherry trees
• 13 proven cherry varieties
• Approximately 7 ha ready for further planting, with irrigation in place
• Two premium blocks with potential for farmhouse or lifestyle homes
• Outstanding views across Lake Dunstan and the Clutha River
• One of only 21 cherry export licences in New Zealand
• Preference access to the neighbouring packhouse
• Four independent water sources
• Seasonal picker accommodation on site
• Established, turnkey horticultural operation

For an experienced grower or investor, the opportunity is to acquire an established operation with the infrastructure and production already in place, while having further land available to increase planting and scale over time.

For those looking beyond horticulture, the property's subdivision and exceptional setting create additional lifestyle appeal. Two of the blocks provide an exciting opportunity for premium rural homes, subject to the relevant approvals.

A Location with Future Potential
The surrounding area is also showing strong signs of future growth, with recent subdivision consent approximately 800 metres down the road for around 1,000 sections, including provision for a primary school and neighbourhood centre. This adds another layer of long-term potential to Trophy Ridge and makes the property particularly interesting for investors and strategic landowners looking at the future of the area. Any future development of the property itself remains subject to the relevant planning requirements and approvals.

Grow in Every Direction
Trophy Ridge is more than an orchard. It is an opportunity to secure a substantial piece of Central Otago with multiple avenues for future growth.
Grow the orchard. Expand production. Create a lifestyle. Hold for the future. Explore the potential.

Whether you are an investor, farmer, horticultural operator, lifestyle purchaser or strategic landowner, opportunities combining this level of scale, established infrastructure, productive land and future potential are exceptionally rare.

Trophy Ridge Orchard is a powerful offering today, with the potential to become something even greater tomorrow.
